Easily Promote the 2022 Convention! — Get members and non-members alike excited for the 2022 Convention with these new promotional tools: display 2022 Convention Zoom Backgrounds in online meetings; share 2022 Convention Presentation Slides with members before meetings begin; post 2022 Convention Social Media Graphics on social channels, and use the 2022 Convention Email Signature now through August.
Prepare to Vote — The Board of Directors is putting forth 12 proposals this year for consideration by the voting membership at the 2022 Annual Business Meeting. Visit the 2022 Proposals page and read through the Frequently Asked Questions for more information on the proposed amendments to the Bylaws of Toastmasters International and the Club Constitution.
Make Your Club's Voice Heard — Your club will soon vote on International Officer and Director candidates, as well as the 2022 Proposals to amend the Bylaws of Toastmasters International and the Club Constitution. Voting will take place next month during the Annual Business Meeting. More information on club proxy assignment will be emailed to Club Presidents, Secretaries, and liaisons this month.
Start the Year with High Club Morale — Recognizing your new club officers with a ceremony is a fun way to kickstart your club's success in the upcoming program year. Adapt the Club Officer Installation Script to make it unique to your club. Invite a club mentor or District leader to conduct the club officer installation. Showcase your club officers and recognize how their roles will guide the club. You can even present token items to club officers as thanks for their service!

Toastmaster Magazine Coloring Contest — Do you have a family member 17 or younger who loves to color? This contest is their chance to be published! The winner's work will appear as the October 2022 magazine cover, celebrating Toastmasters International's 98th anniversary. Encourage the young artists in your life to color and submit this drawing by July 31!

New Club Officers: Plan for Success — Congratulations to all new club officers! This is a fulfilling opportunity to grow as a leader and help your members achieve their goals. Prepare for your term by referring to the Club Officer Resources, the digital Club Officer Kit, the Club Officer Tutorials, and the Club Central Tutorials. Your Club Executive Committee should also meet to discuss the club budget and Club Success Plan.
Celebrate Your Club Members —Becoming a Distinguished club takes effort from many members. Use the Membership Recognition Certificate to acknowledge members that helped your club become Distinguished for the 2021–2022 Program year!

This page includes your paid club members' names and contact details, when they joined the club, if they have selected a path, and more! Take a moment to familiarize yourself with this helpful resource.

Brand New Club Success Plan! — World Headquarters is pleased to announce the launch of a new, easier-to-complete Club Success Plan. This updated version is now available in Club Central for the 2022–2023 program year. The previous version will also be available this program year for an easier transition.
Membership Applications Reminder — All new, dual, and reinstated members who join a club are required to fill out the Membership Application, available in 11 languages. Clubs are also required to keep copies of all applications. Transfer applications must be sent to membership@toastmasters.org for processing, as transfers cannot be completed in Club Central.
Month-End Closing — Clubs that qualified to receive the Beat the Clock Award or become Distinguished will be notified in August. Clubs that achieved Beat the Clock will appear on the Membership Building Programs For Clubs page under the 2022 archive, and the Distinguished Performance Reports will then be finalized.

Speech Contest Semifinalists — Results from region quarterfinals are in! Visit the semifinals webpage to discover the two winners who are representing your region at the 2022 International Speech Contest Semifinals. These semifinalists will compete in a fully hybrid contest to advance to the World Championship of Public Speaking® at the Toastmasters International Convention on August 17–20.
Revitalize Your Club's Growth with 4 Easy Steps — 1) Keep your club&aposs information up to date in Club Central. 2) Check your club's email every other day. 3) Reply to all emails from prospective members in a timely manner. 4) Include your online meeting information in the “Club Contact and Meeting Information” section of Club Central to help guests attend.
