What key factors are most important as a Region Advisor to help the District achieve success?

Important key factors to help a District achieve success are 1) stay focused on the District Mission, 2) build and lead successful teams, and 3) serve the members. As a Region Advisor, the best way for me to support Districts to be successful is to continually guide them back to the District Mission.

What key strengths do you bring to the District leaders?

While most District leaders are overwhelmed with their responsibilities, I like to be the dedicated listener and calm voice, supporting them with solid advice, motivating them with fresh perspectives and ideas, while inspiring them to focused action that supports the District Mission and their District Success Plan. And I feels it is important to check in on their leadership journey, and personal life balance as well.

Why are you interested in serving again as a Region Advisor?

I am interested in serving as Region Advisor again, because I’ve gained experience and knowledge in my first year that will serve me to be a better Region Advisor for a second year, hopefully resulting in improved District success. I am invested in Districts’ and individuals’ success, and I would love to continue to support them or others. I continue to be inspired by the commitment of District leaders.
