What key strengths do you bring to the District leaders?

I am very dependable and resourceful. I have a great understanding of the Toastmasters International policies and programs. I have a clear and open communication style. I keep the District leaders well informed. I provide solutions to problems as quickly as possible. I lead by example and have a very positive attitude.

Why are you interested in serving again as a Region Advisor?

I am eager to serve a second term as Region Advisor because I am deeply committed to the growth within region and Districts I support. My previous tenure in this role allowed me to witness the potential of our District leaders and clubs. I am enthusiastic about leveraging my experience, knowledge, and dedication to empower our leaders and guide them towards achieving their fullest potential. During my previous term, I built strong relationships with District leaders, helping them navigate challenges and seize opportunities. I facilitated open communication channels, ensuring that the concerns and aspirations of our region were heard and addressed promptly. The use of WhatsApp has allowed me to communicate with all District leaders in the region very effectively as there are two Districts in other countries. The power of Toastmasters goes beyond improving public speaking skills; it cultivates leadership, confidence, and personal development. Serving as Region Advisor allows me to continue my journey of personal growth, helping individuals and clubs thrive. In summary, my desire to serve again as Region Advisor is driven by my commitment to our region's success, my passion for growth, and my belief in the positive impact of Toastmasters.
