What key factors are most important as a Region Advisor to help the District achieve success?
- Lead the way - be an example that others can model.
- Constant Learning - I need to keep building my skills to be a better asset.
- Understand topics/concepts in order to guide specific tasks (i.e., Plan creation, Business Meetings).
- Have a positive attitude.
- Be available for the leaders.
What key strengths do you bring to the District leaders?
Organization, planning, and enthusiasm.
I break down complex (to some) topics into easy bite size pieces. Some leaders have never worked with Excel, or the planning templates and I've had great success explaining and guiding the leaders through it.
Most CGDs get locked looking at the pipeline process - I've been able to coach all mine through that process. I expect great things this year.
Why are you interested in serving again as a Region Advisor?
My reason to serve a second year as a Region Advisor remains as it was for the first. While serving my District, I discovered that 'my why' is witnessing the spark of joy when an individual has an ah-ha moment or accomplishes something they didn't know they could. I now have a mission to facilitate those moments for as many people as possible. The Region Advisor position will allow me to further this mission as I witnessed many ah-ha moments already this year, I want more.
