To build trust between the Region Advisor and District leaders. Identify dynamics and opportunities of each District and provide specific guidance. Be available and capable to share knowledge and insights. Empower District leaders to succeed.

What key strengths do you bring to the District leaders?

Solid operational experience as Club Growth Director, Program Quality Director, and District Director. Insight to grow Toastmasters in China. Communication with District leaders from China.

Why are you interested in serving again as a Region Advisor?

It will help me better serve the Districts as a second-term Region Advisor by utilizing my knowledge, skills, and experience gained from the first team. It also strengthens my personal development.
