Spear, of Piscataway, New Jersey, is a software engineer for AT&T with over 30 years of experience in telecommunications. She specializes in software development, systems administration, and acceptance testing. Spear holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is active in employee resource groups at AT&T. A Toastmaster since 2000, she is a charter member of the AT&T Middletown Toastmasters club.
