What key strengths do you bring to the District leaders?

I am a good listener; it helps me to understand each individual deeply and helping teams to identify their goals and set them on a realistic path toward achieving long-term goals. I help Districts to build camaraderie among District leaders team and peers to work together as a team and supporting and helping each other.

Why are you interested in serving as Region Advisor?

I am enjoying my role as Region Advisor, learning a lot from my peers and District leaders. It’s stretching my intellect and broadening my horizons personally and professionally. I would like to continue work with Districts in my area of responsibility to provide support as well as communicate strategies and plans that District could consider to achieve success and build a stronger relationship among themselves and beyond that.
