What is your understanding of the Region Advisor role and how does your experience relate to the role?

My year as District Director taught me so much, allowing me to see wider and deeper, and has provided a hunger for more. The changes in my leadership and communication styles were evident and a realization that we all have to change to be most effective was realized. All my experience and continued learning drives me to SHARE this with all others in their endeavors to achieve their personal goals and the District Mission. My people skills shone through as a strength.

What is your experience with coaching individuals and/or teams?

My door and phone are always open and available. I help and encourage where I can and link parties with experience with those in need. I fully endorse and advocate coaching and mentoring and last year as IPDD, I was the District's mentor working on getting mentors and proteges aligned.

Why are you interested in serving as Region Advisor?

Simply, I still have a great deal to offer and learn. My experience in Toastmasters has been an amazing journey and I believe that I have an excellent platform to work in with all the District teams to help them achieve the District Mission and develop their personal and professional growth in the teams, whilst having fun.
