During her 35+ year career, Roush has made well over 3,500 presentations across the globe and has presented virtually since 2010. Bringing to her international audiences 45+ years of experience, she has a unique approach to speaking and marketing.

An Accredited Speaker since 1993, Roush earned her associate arts degree in commercial art from San Diego City College and has written five books on the topic of marketing communication.

A 17-time published author, the California Legislative Assembly and the State of California Senate awarded her “Author of Influence Award” (2016). Her Heart of a Toastmaster book, which published true stories by 135 members, received “Best Anthology” from the International Book Awards (2014).

She was awarded Member of the Year from two chapters of the National Speakers Association, is a Certified Virtual Presenter (CVP), and a Toastmasters International Presidential Citation recipient for enhancing global communication and leadership (2009).
