In this manual, District leaders learn about the District Recognition program and its renewed focus on club quality and member satisfaction.

The District Success Plan shows how the district leadership team plans to help build a healthy and growing network of clubs that create positive learning experiences for members.

Use the District Training Planning template to create an outline of your strategy for club officer and area and division director training. It will help you plan and organize session topics and logistics, as well as determine committees, staff and volunteers necessary for successful training events.

The form may be helpful for Districts that conduct multiple sessions of Area and Division Director training to record attendance. Information on the form must be submitted through District Central by September 30.
