Self-Pay Guidelines — Self-Pay-enabled clubs can guide members to submit dues themselves through their My Home page. Self-Pay is considered an optional club feature and a change to a club’s Addendum of Standard Club Options. Club members must vote at a club meeting where quorum was present to determine whether Self-Pay will be enabled. If the club has voted and decided by majority to allow Self-Pay, then a club officer can access the Club Contact and Meeting Information page in Club Central (accessible through My Home) to toggle the feature on, followed by clicking on “Save” to save the changes. If the club votes to disable Self-Pay later, the feature can be turned off by following the same steps and toggling the feature “off.”

Get Club Recognition — Does your club meet the Qualifying Membership Requirement to earn recognition within the Distinguished Club Program? When reviewing the Distinguished Club Program Dashboards, the member requirement to earn credit is listed in the "Required" box in the upper right of each club's dashboard. Even if your club has five or more goals, it must have the required "To-Date" membership to earn its Distinguished Club Program award.

Credit for Club Support Role — Looking to get credit for being a club sponsor, mentor, or coach to apply towards your Distinguished Toastmaster Award? For any of these three roles to be applied, they must be listed as “Complete” within your profile on toastmasters.org.

Locate Club Central — Club Central is the main tool for a club officer. As a club officer, a link to Club Central is available to you in your My Home page. Please note, Club Central can only be accessed by an active club officer.
